Birds eye view Playthings

Artist note: I designed the image of a bellbird’s head for a two layer screen print as an attempt to achieve a dynamic effect with bold colours that would blend well for darker tones and attract attention as a street, cafe and shop poster. The poster was also printed by hand by me as 2 different versions and was a limited print run.
I also performed in the band, produced the recording of the 3 track 7” vinyl record and distributed it along with the limited edition poster.

Note
From a collection of posters, digitised from the libraries' ephemera collection for New Zealand Music Month, May 2007.
