The war memorial in Elmwood Normal School, located at 29 Aikmans Road, showing the names of the former pupils that served in World War One.
Historical Note
The memorial was created by sculptor William Trethewey and unveiled by the Minister of Education, Hon. C J Parr, on 26 February 1921. It is inscribed with the names of 157 old boys of Elmwood Normal School.
