Clarence Walker collection

Clarence Walter Walker was born in Dunedin on 8 September 1925. He was raised by Rachel Isabel Webb and Robert Webb who farmed in Woodbury near Geraldine. Clarence served in the Royal New Zealand Navy and was in Tokyo when the Empire of Japan officially surrendered to the Allies. In 1947, he married Barbara Ngaroma Short. Clarence died in 1971. This collection of Clarence’s photographs was shared by their son, Malcom Walker.
