Giant Spray Cans - Manchester Street
The three Giant Spray Cans on the corner of Lichfield Street and Manchester Street at the Placemaking at One Central site. These cans are on the Manchester Street side and have been designed for more permanent works, whilst the others nearby are for general use. These represent the DTR crew, from left, Jacob "Yikes" Ryan, Wongi "Freak" Wilson and Nick "Ikarus" Tam. These cans were repurposed after being used as part of the Spectrum street art festival at the YMCA in 2015 and were installed in collaboration with Oi YOU!, Gap Filler and Fletcher Construction Company.
