All Our Own
Men recently back from the war formed their own “Kiwi” taxi firm. This photo shows all the owners and mechanics involved with the firm. White coats and dressed cars were used for weddings. Kiwi Kabs were located at 71 Hereford Street between the Police Station and the YMCA, later moving to Manchester Street.
